2025 Farm to Street Dinner

The City of Iowa City, in partnership with the Iowa City Downtown District and Johnson County, will hold the 9th Annual Farm to Street Dinner sponsored by GreenState Credit Union on North Linn Street in Iowa City’s Northside Neighborhood on Thursday, August 21st from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. The event includes a multi-course meal prepared by Iowa City Downtown District chefs with food sourced from local producers. The goal of the Farm to Street Dinner is to provide an intimate setting where community members can share a table, a story, and a meal, while also supporting our local food systems.

ADDITIONAL EVENT INFORMATION:

• General Admission tickets are available along with a limited number of six-top tables available for reservation. Each ticket is $135 after taxes and fees.
• Ticket includes artisan bread and oil, a six-course meal, and a glass of wine (along with a memorable evening!).
• Six of Iowa City's best chefs and restaurants will be working with local farms to curate a delightful six-course menu for the 300 attendees. 
• Guests are welcome to bring their own wine or beer. 
• A Dietary Restrictions survey will be sent out as the event draws closer. Vegetarian and gluten-free options can be requested.
• Each year, the proceeds from the event are awarded to an area organization working to enhance our local food system. Representatives from last year's beneficiary group will join us at the dinner to share how the event proceeds were used to benefit their local food initiatives.
